In order to ensure you the lowest possible price, we ship directly from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.
It's coming, promise! Due to extremely high demand, a package usually takes around 9 to maximum 21 business days to arrive and typical shipping times to the U.K., North America, Europe, Africa and Australia are maximum 18 business days.

We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Yes, you will receive an order number after placing your order. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

If you've already made and paid for your order and need to request a change, you have one hour from when you purchased to quickly email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the changes you need to make. During this hour, we should be able to add products to your order, change your delivery address or sizes.
It’s the same deal as changing an order, you have one hour from when you made your order to email us at email@example.com to let us know you have to cancel. Why only one hour? Because after that your order slip is printed down in packing and sometimes even packed and ready to go.
Oh no :( but that’s ok we understand. If it has been less than 30 days since you ordered your item simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll advise the return address.
You can choose a refund or store credit for the product purchase price (shipping not included). Your gear needs to be unwashed, unworn (tried on is fine) and in the original condition that it was sent out to you. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn around.
